Most of our watches are assembled in our workshop in Seville, Spain. However, to reduce waiting times for our customers, we also work with partner workshops in other Spanish cities. In some cases, especially for special customizations, assembly can also take place outside of Spain. In such cases, we will, of course, inform you in advance.
Yes, all our watches come with a two-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, especially in the movement. If your watch doesn't work as expected, please contact us – we'll be happy to help.

Our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM, which means they are protected against splashes and rain. However, they are not suitable for activities such as swimming or diving. If you require a higher water resistance, please let us know before placing your order. Our workshop in Seville can install reinforced gaskets for improved water resistance. This service costs an additional €49.90. Please note that any markings on the dial are purely decorative and do not indicate the actual water resistance.

We typically need 3–7 business days to assemble your watch. Shipping time is then approximately 4–8 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination country. Therefore, please allow approximately 7–15 business days for delivery. Please note that custom-made watches may take an additional 3–5 business days.
